It Takes a Village: Collaborating with Local Suppliers and Creatives
Behind every successful event there are a solid network of people, businesses and communities working together to bring it to life.
At Wrapped Creations we collaborate with local suppliers and creatives to deliberately involve the local community and increase engagement at our clients’ events. These local partnerships are essential to designing and delivering authentic, seamless events, while also leaving a lasting community impact.
Local Knowledge, Real Impact
From understanding the environment to navigating logistics, local suppliers such as United Party Hire, bring invaluable knowledge to support efficient, safe and high-quality event delivery. Their on-the-ground experience and deep understanding of regional conditions make them a trusted partner in ensuring seamless and reliable event delivery.
Elevating Events Through Local Talent
Working with local performers, artists and creatives allows us to bring a distinct regional identity into each event. From production teams who know the conditions, live entertainment to styling and cultural elements to enhance community culture – these partnerships strengthen every aspect of execution.
We are fortunate at Wrapped to have multiple local suppliers who go above and beyond in terms of production. Entertainment is a huge part of any event and our friends at PCC Productions and Sound Garden Live are adaptable to working across the unique locations available in the Pilbara region whether it be coastal, amongst the red dirt or creating the perfect set up on a local oval.
Strengthening Communities Through Procurement
By engaging regional suppliers, Wrapped Creations supports local economies, builds long-term relationships and contributes to sustainable community development. This approach aligns closely with the priorities of many mining and industry clients, particularly in relation to local procurement, community engagement and ESG commitments.
A Collaborative Approach to Delivery
From initial planning through to event day, collaboration sits at the core of how we work. Clear communication, shared accountability and mutual respect between our team and local partners ensures every moving part comes together seamlessly.
Pilbara Kitchen is a regional catering supplier who really understand the nuances of remote service. Wrapped continues to work alongside Pilbara Kitchen for many regional events as their menus are adaptable for different types of events, they will tailor food portions and be super flexible on the day. This approach is especially critical in regional environments, where flexibility, trust and strong relationships are key to successful outcomes.
More Than an Event
When local suppliers and creatives are part of the process, events become an environment to reflect community and create meaningful connections between organisations and the regions they operate in. We’re proud to work alongside the people who help make every event possible — it truly does take a village.
