  • Colours of our Country

    Wrapped Creations has partnered with Rio Tinto to deliver the annual Colours of our Country Aboriginal Art Exhibition, since 2018. The event involves showcasing 200+ art pieces from Roeburne-based art centres and independent Pilbara artists. The 2-week event includes a VIP evening, a series of individual activations and online sales platform.

  • Picnic Days

    Wrapped Creations has been engaged by Rio Tinto since 2019 to create a two-day festival for the community of Paraburdoo and Tom Price. The event is always extremely successful, boasting a record number of local community entertainment and vendors including roving performers, food vendors, giant games, and a photo booth.

  • Rail Family Day

    Wrapped Creations has been engaged by Rio Tinto to manage their onsite based family day event at 7 Mile since 2018. The one-day event takes place across three separate sessions throughout the day and attracts more than 700 locals. As a free event for the 7 Mile Rail staff and families, Wrapped Creations was tasked with developing an exciting event featuring a Welcome to Country, live performances, entertainment, food stalls, amusement rides, and kids’ activities.

  • Gumala Aboriginal Corporation - Celebrating 25 Years

    Wrapped Creations curated an epic evening of live music, traditional dance, local food vans and market stalls, face painting, amusement rides and fireworks. A VIP area for guests to meet the artists, as well as inflatable amusement rides for the children, made it a celebration to remember!

  • Aboriginal Business Expo

    In 2021, The Department of Finance approached Wrapped Creations to develop a fresh concept for an annual event. The intention was to provide agencies and buyers an opportunity to meet Aboriginal businesses in a formal setting. Wrapped Creations proposed a curated networking session where agencies would be matched with Aboriginal businesses offering services required by their department. From vision development, catering management and venue hire, Wrapped Creations curated a culturally meaningful event with networking sessions and workshops.

  • Passion of the Pilbara

    Wrapped Creations has partnered with the Shire of Ashburton to deliver the biannual Passion of the Pilbara festival since 2017. The multi-day family-friendly festival includes a traditional cultural experience, a cooking demonstration hosted by a celebrity chef, local food vendors, amusement rides and market stalls. The event concludes with a half-day music event featuring world-renowned live entertainment, and more.

  • End of Year Function - Woodside

    Wrapped Creations has worked with Woodside on an annual basis since 2016 to deliver full-scope planning, management, and execution of their end of year function. Guests enjoy an array of food and drink catered by local food vendors, multiple lounge and seating areas, themed MC and live entertainment, and a photo booth.

  • National Reconciliation Week WA Celebrations

    Reconciliation WA engages Wrapped Creations to deliver a curated events schedule for National Reconciliation Week celebrations in Perth. We produce a variety of events including the Walk for Reconciliation in Kings Park, Reconciliation Memoirs with Fred Chaney, and the One Million Breakfast - a hybrid event that hosts thousands of people, at WA Museum Boola Bardip, and virtually.

  • Port Hedland Business of the Year Awards

    Wrapped Creations has been engaged by the Port Hedland Chamber of Commerce and INC (PHCCI) since 2017 to deliver the planning, management, and execution of their annual Business of the Year Awards gala. Typically, guests receive canapes on arrival, a two-course meal and the venue is decorated with themed styling. Wrapped Creations focus on using local suppliers and vendors for every aspect of this event, including entertainment, the production company, master of ceremonies, venue, and staff.

  • Return of Kuarna Artefacts

    In 2024, Wrapped Creations was engaged to assist in the behind-the-scenes event planning for the return of cultural heritage items that are over 180 years old. This event included the coordination and management of external vendors, catering and beverages, design work and the production of the event. The return was held at Pirltawardli (Possum Park), where the German Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs Annalena Baerbock, Senator the Hon. Penny Wong, the Hon. Linda Burney MP, Her Excellency Ms Beate Grześki, Ambassador Justin Mohamed, the Hon. Kyam Maher MLC, and the Right Hon. The Lord Mayor of Adelaide Dr Jane Lomax-Smith joined in the celebration of this significant event.

  • Paraburdoo Service Awards - Rio Tinto

    Wrapped Creations were honoured to design and coordinate Rio Tinto’s 2023 Service Awards in Paraburdoo, recognising and celebrating employees who have dedicated 10 – 30 years to the company. It made us so proud to reward their hard work and commitment by making this such a special and memorable evening for them.

  • BHP WA Indigenous Awards

    It was an unforgettable night at the 2023 BHP WA Indigenous Awards at Frasers in Kings Park, recognising and celebrating the achievements of Indigenous employees and non-indigenous allies from across BHP’s WA Operations, those who go above and beyond in their roles and smash stereotypes. From the fi rst notes of Jayden Crowe’s didgeridoo performance, to the Bindjareb Middars cultural dancers and performances by Bradley Hall, it was a fantastic night of recognition, unity and culture.

  • End of Year Function - Fortescue Metals Group

    Since 2019, Wrapped Creations has delivered the Fortescue Metals Group End of Year Function, hosting more than 7,500 employees over three consecutive Saturday evenings. Hosted at a Perth central location, guests are treated to an array of live entertainment, food stations and a selection of beverages available from multiple bars and tray service. Additional entertainment includes photobooths, themed lived performers, fireworks and flame shows.

  • Perth Jobs Fair

    In 2021, Wrapped Creations curated two Perth Job Fairs. The first was in September at Optus Stadium and the second was in December at RAC Arena. The events included workshops, resume writing support and over 70 exhibitors. From budget development and management to stakeholder and exhibitor engagement, Wrapped Creations assisted with the planning, management, and execution of both events.

  • End of Year Celebrations - Port Hedland

    Wrapped Creations has been engaged since 2017 to deliver the end of year celebrations for Fortescue Metals Group’s local workforce in Port Hedland. Hosted over two Friday evenings, the event includes family-friendly entertainment, Santa arriving on a fire truck, face painting, a photo booth, gift giveaways and a great selection of food and beverages from local food vans.
